Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini sering terjadi kebakaran yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor termasuk faktor kelalaian manusia. Proses datangnya kebakaran selalu tanpa dapat diprediksi terlebih dahulu. Umumnya kebakaran diketahui apabila keadaan api sudah mulai membesar atau asap sudah mengepul keluar dari gedung itu. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan alat, mencari komponen serta mendesain pendeteksi kebakaran dari komponen-komponen yang ada sehingga alat akan bekerja lebih maksimal. Pada tahap ini juga melakukan pembuatan algoritma dan juga software. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe sistem pendeteksi kebakaran yang dirancang dapat mendeteksi kebakaran berdasarkan informasi dari sensor api dan gas, dan mengaktifkan buzzer sebagai indikatornya yang akan berbunyi.

Abstract

The call to use clean and sustainable energy as an alternative energy source has grown rapidly over the past decade. This was triggered by the issue of increasing environmental pollution, the limited and decreasing amount of non-renewable energy and became one of the goals of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). According to the principle of conservation of energy, energy cannot be fully utilized, there is always some energy wasted. The technology to reuse "wasted" energy into a source of electrical energy is called energy harvesting. This paper describes the design of a prototype energy harvesting system using a floor-mounted piezoelectric that generates electrical energy when stepped on. The system prototype is composed of 16 piezoelectric arrays which are made into 4 rows and installed in parallel. The system is equipped with the LTC358 energy harvester module and the MT 3608 step-up booster module. Test results showed electrical energy was successfully in the battery. The maximum power generated by the piezoelectric array after passing through a full-wave rectifier is 3.48 W. For the same number of footsteps against the piezoelectric array, the increase in charge of the Li-Po 150 mAH battery is smaller than that of the 250 mAH type.

Abstract

The attendance system is considered to be able to assist an agency in providing information about a person's attendance schedule. The attendance system can also be used as an effective tool for implementing discipline in an agency because, in this attendance system, we can see the difference between people's discipline through the timeliness of attendance that has been determined at each of these agencies. In designing this system the method used is NFC (Near Field Communication) where this system can be used to help record someone's attendance schedule. The hardware used is a door lock solenoid, and personal computer devices, while the software used is Wemos D1 Mini. For recording the database used is MySql. The results of presence system using NFC using the Key Door Lock method have a very high level of accuracy for reading an identity card. It can be seen from the data that has been collected that the accuracy of reading an identity card by an NFC reader shows that there is no error or error. The results of response time check test on the NFC reader reading can be proven by formula, where average time value of response time check test is 0.67 minutes.
